Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at contact@loafersclub.com or follow the "Return your order" link on our website. We will generate and provide a return label for you, but please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount unless otherwise agreed.

Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you currently have and, once the return has been accepted, place a separate order for the new item.


14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
